The Insane Power of NFLABS

In my last post, I talked about the Law of Dieting Karma , AKA the LDK, or eL DonKey. No truer a truth is there than LDK! That said, there is a complimentary principle that has insane power.  That principle is the " No Fury Like A Body Scorned" rule, AKA NFLABS. NFLABS is your body's reaction to being lied to.  You know, like when you promise it a delicious cupcake, but secretly sweeten it with  fake  sugar?  Much like our collective reaction to fake news, your body has a nose for being lied to and can detect fake sugar from a mile away.  What happens when you promise your body one thing and swap it for something that's  definitely  not-at-all the same?  Rage...pure rage.  Imagine a child in full Halloween costume and face paint, ready to head out for the Best Night of the Year (next to Christmas).  What happens when you tell said child there will be no more Trick or Treating on Halloween? Crying? Tantrums? Begging? Of course.....

The LDK states that   every pound lost by restricting calories, fat, sugar, carbs, entire food groups, or air will be returned to you with interest compounded daily .  The current interest rate is based on the NASFAT stock index and  Weight Futures trading.  Sorry - my husband (yes, our marriage did survive and we are good!) - he has been dabbl...
